ph565 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity;
